Terms of use

These terms cover the OMS Collective exam website, the practice exams on it, and the study guides sold or given away through the OMS Collective Payhip store. By using the site or a license key, you agree to them.

Your license

Buying an exam gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own exam preparation. One license key works on up to two of your own devices. Single exams include lifetime access for as long as the site runs.

You may not share, sell or post your license key, let someone else use it, or use it to give a study group or class access.

All questions, answer explanations, original illustrations, diagrams, study guides and the design of this site are original works owned by OMS Collective and protected by U.S. and international copyright law. Images credited to other creators are used under their stated licenses.

Without written permission you may not copy, screenshot in bulk, screen record, reprint, translate, resell, or upload any of this content to other websites, file-sharing services, group chats or AI tools, or use it to build another question bank.

Acceptable use

Don't try to get around the license key check, scrape or download the exam files, or interfere with the site. A license key that's shared or misused can be turned off without a refund.

Purchases and refunds

Exams are sold through Payhip, and Payhip's checkout terms apply to the payment. If a purchase is refunded, its license key stops working automatically. For a problem with a purchase or a license key, message OMS Collective on Discord or through the Payhip store.

Privacy

The site keeps only what the exams need to work:

  • Your license key, which is checked with Payhip when you enter it.
  • A random ID for each device you unlock, so each key stays limited to two devices.
  • Your answers, flags, highlights and timing for each block, so your progress follows you between devices, along with the scores of your earlier attempts.
  • The score for each block you finish, which shows which topics students struggle with so the questions can be improved. Free sample scores are stored with only the random device ID.

Your browser also keeps this information in its local storage on your device. There are no ads, tracking cookies or analytics scripts on this site, and your information isn't sold or shared. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles basic request data such as IP addresses to run and protect the site. To have your saved progress and scores deleted, message OMS Collective with your license key.

Disclaimer

OMS Collective is an independent study resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NBME, the American Dental Association, the Joint Commission on National Dental Examinations or any school or residency program. Exam names are used only to describe what the material prepares you for, and they belong to their owners.

Questions are written in the style of board exams, but no particular score on a real exam is promised. The content is for studying only and is not medical or dental advice. The site and its content are provided as they are, and to the extent the law allows, OMS Collective isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them.

These terms may be updated as the site changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
